Spire Forge is an artisan web studio with a deliberate mission. To ensure we can commit our full focus to every project, we reserve the right to decline, or terminate, service to businesses that do not align with our studio standards.
- Prohibited Content: We do not work with sites or businesses involving adult content, pornography, illegal gambling, or unlawful activities.
- Professional Conduct: We treat our clients as partners and expect the same in return. We reserve the right to terminate our partnership in the event of abusive behavior, threats, harassment, or profanity directed at our team.
2. Intellectual Property
Everything we create for you is intended to empower your business.
- Our side: The Spire Forge name, branding, and content on our website are our property. You may not republish, copy, or redistribute our materials without prior written consent.
- Your side: Once a project is finalized and payment is received in full, the deliverables we create specifically for your project become your property.
3. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for the content, assets, and third-party data you provide to us for your website. You warrant that you own or have the right to use all content provided to Spire Forge, and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights. We are not responsible for the legality or accuracy of the content on your website.
4. Limitations of Liability
Design and development are creative processes. While we strive for excellence, Spire Forge shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or your website. We offer no guarantees that your website will remain available at all times, nor that third-party integrations (e.g., hosting, software, or plugins) will be free of errors.
5. Payment & Project Scope
Our studio model is built on deliberate pacing.
- Scope: Projects are defined by a clear budget and scope of work. Any requests outside of that scope will be handled through a separate “add-on” agreement.
- Payments: Payments are due as outlined in your individual project agreement. Failure to provide payment on time may result in the pausing of work or the restriction of access to project assets.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms as our studio grows. By continuing to work with us, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
